At Saint Ann School, we believe that a strong partnership between families and staff is essential to building a joyful, faith-filled, and successful school community. That’s where the Home & School Association (H&S) comes in!
Our H&S Committee is a dynamic group of parent and family volunteers who help organize events, support school initiatives, and foster meaningful connections between families and staff. From fun family nights and school fundraisers to behind-the-scenes support for teachers and staff, H&S helps make Saint Ann School a vibrant and welcoming place for all.
We’re currently looking for new executive committee members to join the committee for the 2025–2026 school year! If you’re passionate about building community, want to contribute your time and talents, or are curious about getting more involved, we invite you to consider one of the following open roles:
Support the H&S Chair and help lead committee activities. This position includes opportunities to guide subcommittees, step in when the Chair is unavailable, and take a leadership role in events. It’s a great fit for someone with strong organizational skills and a heart for service. (This role is expected to move into the Chair position the following year.)
New to H&S or just getting started with volunteering? This is a perfect opportunity to learn the ropes! The Apprentice supports the Vice Chair and committee while gradually building leadership skills for future roles. You’ll get hands-on experience, take on small projects, and help represent the committee at events.
Note: This position is open to parents with students in 6th grade or below.
Help keep our school community informed and connected! You’ll oversee communication between H&S, the school, and families. Work to get information from H&S and placed for inclusion in various platforms - newsletters, school emails, social media, or flyers placed in the school. Mostly working with the Marketing Committee, who oversees posting to the public social platforms and making sure things are in sync. A great fit for someone who’s organized, a clear communicator, and familiar with email, social media, or digital tools.
Be a friendly face for your grade level! Parent Reps help welcome new families, share updates from the H&S Committee, and assist in coordinating grade-specific activities or events. It’s a great way to get to know other families and help build connections in your child's classroom community.
Note: Must have a child in the grade being represented.
If you’re interested or have questions about any of these positions, please email us at [email protected] — we’d love to hear from you!
Let’s continue to build a strong, connected, and faith-filled community together.
