Tuition OverviewAt St. Ann School, we believe every child deserves a strong academic foundation rooted in faith and community. Tuition provides for a high-quality, faith-filled education, and through financial aid and scholarships, we work with families to make a St. Ann education affordable and accessible for all.Whether you are considering enrollment for the first time or planning for the upcoming school year, our goal is to ensure that cost is never a barrier to your child experiencing the difference of a St. Ann education. Families are encouraged to explore tuition assistance options, including the Healy Scholarship and other financial aid opportunities, to help make Catholic education possible.

Tuition Rates for 2025–2026

The cost to educate a child at St. Ann School for the 2025–26 school year is $11,500. Through sacrificial giving, St. Cletus Parish supports a large portion of this cost. Active Parish members receive an additional discount as outlined below.

Recommended Sacrificial Giving per family is $600/year paid directly to a St. Cletus Pastorate parish.
Plan 2: My family is not a registered or active member of St. Cletus Parish.
Registration & Enrollment Fees
New Registrations: $25 per student (non-refundable, due with FACTS application)
Enrollment Fee: $100 per family (non-refundable, due at enrollment in FACTS)
Tuition Deposit: $250 per K–8 student (non-refundable, due June 1, 2025; installment options available through the school office)
Note: Tuition payments qualify for Wisconsin state tax deductions.

Financial Aid
We understand that every family’s financial situation is unique, and we are committed to making a St. Ann School education accessible.
Financial aid is determined based on the previous year’s taxable income and opens when enrollment begins for the following school year. Families who may need assistance are strongly encouraged to apply.

Important Deadlines:
End of April: Applications due to be considered for both Financial Aid and the Healy Scholarship.
All financial aid applications are reviewed with confidentiality and care to ensure assistance is provided where it is most needed.

Healy Scholarship
The Msgr. Healy Education Scholarship is a special fund established to help defray the cost of attending St. Ann School. Scholarships are available for students enrolling in the 2026–2027 school year. Families who feel that tuition may be a barrier are strongly encouraged to apply.
Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarship recipients are selected based on one or more of the following:Commitment to Catholic life at St. Cletus Parish
Commitment to Catholic education at St. Ann School
Limited financial resources
Application Process:
Complete the Healy Scholarship Application Form (available from the school office or download link).
Submit the form to Principal Aimee Stano by April 2026.
Include the following information and attachments:
Family and student contact information (name, address, phone, email)
Commitment to Catholic Life and St. Ann School/Parish
Indicate church attendance (Regularly / On Occasion)
List any volunteer activities at St. Ann Parish or School
Commitment to Catholic Education at St. Ann School
Attach a brief essay (500 words or less) explaining why a St. Ann education is important to your family and what this scholarship would mean

Earn Tuition Credits with RaiseRight
Looking for another way to make a St. Ann School education more affordable? Our RaiseRight (formerly Scrip) program allows families to earn tuition credit on everyday purchases — from groceries and gas to dining and travel.
Through the Future Families Feature, even families who haven’t yet enrolled can start earning and banking tuition dollars early. Once your child becomes a St. Ann student, those earnings are applied directly to your tuition account!
