But the Jog-A-Thon was more than a fundraiser. It was an experience that our students, families, and staff will carry with them as we head into this new school year. Parents told us over and over: “The kids had an absolute blast.”
Team Spirit
Each class proudly wore their own shirt color, giving students the feeling of being part of something bigger than themselves.
Working Together
Students were grouped by age levels, encouraging teamwork as they cheered one another on to run as many laps as possible. The excitement reached its peak when the student who ran the most laps in each of the three age groups earned the chance to slime a teacher, creating laughs and unforgettable memories!
Joyful Extras
From decorating their own headbands and water bottles, to running through a color blast, to dancing with DJ - Todd Greenwald, students had countless ways to celebrate and shine.
Community Energy
Parents, friends, and peers lined the course, cheering loudly and filling the day with encouragement and laughter.
The feedback was unanimous—our Jog-A-Thon was pure joy:
“My kids had the best time. They absolutely loved it and are already talking about next year!”
“The personalized headbands were a huge hit—my daughter wore hers all weekend.”
“The color blast was the highlight! My son couldn’t stop smiling.”
“Cheering their buddies on and ending the day with the DJ dance party made it unforgettable.”
“I loved seeing the camaraderie of the middle school kids and how close and supportive they are of each other. It wasn’t just the middle school—it was every grade level. The older students were cheering on the younger ones, and it really showed the heart of this school community.”

Your support not only helped us reach our fundraising goal but also reminded our students and families of the strength of our community connections.
Perhaps the most meaningful part? Many students who don’t usually enjoy running or jogging said this was their favorite event of the year. They felt supported, celebrated, and excited to be part of something special with their classmates at St. Ann School.
Next week, we’ll hold a special assembly to celebrate our family with the most collected pledges, the classroom winners in each age group, and more surprise awards—adding even more joy to an unforgettable day!
We give thanks to God for a wonderful day and for every parent volunteer, sponsor, and cheerleader who made this event possible. The Jog-A-Thon was a joyful reminder of what makes our St. Ann School community so special—we come together, we celebrate one another, and we make memories that last.
We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
